Partnering with you to support your child’s growth is one of our greatest priorities. Our Parent-Teacher Conferences are a wonderful opportunity to connect, celebrate achievements, and collaborate on goals for the school year.

Conference Dates & Times

Conferences are held twice a year on the following dates from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM:

Spring Semester	Thursday, February 11, 2027	3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

 

👥 In-Person Conferences (Default)

Conferences are hosted in person at the school. This face-to-face time is a great opportunity to visit your child’s classroom, review their work, and connect directly with their teachers.

📞 Alternative Options (Phone or Zoom)

We understand that busy schedules can sometimes make coming to campus difficult. If you are unable to attend in person, we are happy to arrange a virtual meeting or a phone call.

• To set this up: You must contact your child's teacher prior to the conference date to coordinate a specific time and receive a Zoom link or phone call confirmation.

💡 Tips for a Successful Conference:

• Talk to your child beforehand: Ask them what they think is going well and if there is anything they want you to ask their teacher.

• Bring a few questions: Jot down a couple of goals or questions you have regarding your child's academic and social progress.

• Follow up: Keep the lines of communication open with your child's teacher throughout the rest of the school year.
