To request a transcript you can do any of the following:
- Click on the link to Parchment and set up a free account
- Email your request to karen.allen@jordandistrict.org or rebecca.lopez@jordandistrict.org
- Fax your request to (801)572-7038 attention Registrar.
An emailed or faxed request will need to include your name while enrolled at Valley High School, your date of birth, the year you graduated or the years you attended if you did not graduate, whether you want to pick up your transcript or where you would like it sent. We are not allowed to fax or email transcripts as per Jordan District policy AS61.
If you are an institute wanting to verify graduation you will need to fax a release of information along with your request to (801)572-7038 attention Registrar.
*A hold will be placed on your Transcript if there are any outstanding fees or fines owed to Valley High School.
